She specializes in retail site selection, leasing, and commercial sales as well as property management and small commercial development. She has handled brokerage requirements for many institutional and private landlords in the DFW and Texas markets. As a landlord representative she has negotiated leases with many national. Powers has an additional focus on site selections for several big box retail developers through out the southwest.
